Though the ITV Companies used to have an agreement with the ACTT (now BECTU) providing for additional fees to directors in respect of repeats and overseas sales of programmes on which they had worked, this no longer exists. Each ITV Company now has its own terms for the engagement of directors as staff or as freelances. You should seek guidance on these from the appropriate manager in the company for which you are producing an in-house programme.
