Third party property damage: any legal liability (including defence costs) you may incur as a result of accidental loss of or damage to property of others being used for the production, while it is in your custody: up to the amount insured.

Employer's liability: any legal liability (including defence costs) you may incur as a result of accidents causing injury or disease to anyone employed by you on the production: up to the amount insured.

Public liability: any legal liability (including defence costs) you may incur as a result of injury or disease caused to any person, or loss of or damage to property, whoever it is owned by, as a result of your production activities: up to the amount insured.

Contingent personal accident: accidental death or permanent incapacity of the insured person while working on your production: up to a figure specified in the policy.

Film union: stemming from the provisions of the PACT-BECTU agreement, death, injury or illness of anyone working outside the United Kingdom on your production: necessary medical and additional travel and accommodation expenses for the person concerned and a relative or friend required on medical advice to join him/her; funeral expenses abroad or the cost of transporting the personās remains to the UK: up to the figure specified in the agreement.
