Overview

All productions, whether for new media, broadcast or corporate markets are built and planned around budgets and they determine how much time, expense and manpower can be invested into a project. Effective budgeting is essential in order to run any type of business efficiently and the future of a company and its reputation can depend on it. Thorough research and financial planning, together with good project management skills and creative thinking, can make the difference between the success or failure of your project.

If your budget is calculated incorrectly you may end up eating into your profits to finish the project, be unable to complete the commission or production and it may mean losing your client or your reputation, so it is essential to get it right.
