Negotiating for Business

Branding

Branding is becoming increasingly important for all companies and it is this one device that makes your company instantly recognisable. Branding and reputation are very closely linked and people will be more likely to give commissions to a company they can trust with a good reputation.

Branding is essentially giving your company an image by means of a logo, design or catch phrase that can be easily recognised. Rather than just having a logo, branding extends right through to your headed notepaper, business cards, website, showreel and beyond, making it all appear in the same style, design and colour and it can be very effective. Think if a blank white envelope was posted to your address, you wouldn't know who it had come from until you opened it, but if a company had branded the envelope with an instantly recognisable design you would know instantly that it was from that company.
